Malia Info
Malia is a coastal town, 36 km east of Heraklion. Midway seems divides the city in two, the old town of Malia at the foot of Mount Selena and the newer part of town near the coastline.
Arriving in Malia will see northern Cretan Sea and south Mount Dikti. East lies the Minoan palace of Malia which is the third largest palace of Minoan Crete, built near the sea and onto the street.
